Suzi Wan Nest Noodles 250 g

Description

Preparation method:

1. Cooking in a pot:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 2 liters of salted water to the boil.
  • Add the tagliolini and cover the pot.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 4 minutes.
  • Separate the tagliolini with a fork and drain them.

2. Microwave cooking:

  • In a microwave-safe container, pour 250 ml of salted water and the tagliolini.
  • Cover the container and cook at maximum power for 4 minutes.
  • Drain the tagliolini and season them to taste.

3. Stir-fried:

  • In a non-stick pan, sauté pieces of chicken, meat or fish with vegetables over a high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the drained noodles and Suzi Wan sauce.
  • Sauté to mix everything and serve immediately.

Advice:

  • For a more intense flavour, add a pinch of saffron to the cooking water.
  • If you prefer, you can replace the Suzi Wan sauce with a seasoning of your taste.
  • Tagliolini are an excellent alternative to fresh pasta. They are quick to prepare and perfect for a light and tasty dinner.
