Friol frying oil 1L

Description

Friol's secret lies in its special formula, which makes it resist high temperatures, up to 230°C, without giving off bad smells. The fried food will come out dry, with a light flavor and a golden appearance, because it fries crispy and dry. Ideal for use in both the pan and the fryer.

Friol's advice for fried food done well: fry in plenty of oil and do not add salt when frying. Use deep pans, to reduce the surface area in contact with the air. Drain the fried food on paper towel and salt while it is still hot. Use the oil only once, do not use it multiple times. Normal frying temperatures for chips, croquettes, chicken, fish and desserts are 175°C, while for vegetables and cutlets, they are 170°C.
