All products sold through the site are subject to availability. All orders, of any size, are subject to acceptance by the company; this acceptance can be denied at discretion and without any reason. The quality and quantity of the pieces, the technical description, dimensions, sizes and other information provided in the product sheet are truthful and controlled; however it is good to keep in mind that - due to the nature of digital images - colors and materials may appear slightly different from the original photo. We invite you to contact the Smart Space Shop team for mandatory requests on products that may be subject to restyling, rebranding or affected by so-called Shrinkflation techniques (reduction in the quantity/quality of a good without corresponding reduction in price), for this reason the weight of the product and the composition of the packages matches the customer's request before shipping when these events can affect the product with third-party actions by the suppliers. MARIGAL SRL reserves the right to modify or delete any information at any time and without providing explanations. Only users who are legally adults according to the laws of their country of origin will be able to carry out transactions via the portal. By registering on the portal the user declares to be of age and to accept the following conditions of use, as well as being responsible for any information provided upon registration and subsequently for each purchase.
Shipping
In the event that one or more products are not immediately available (out-of-stock) we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipment, to replace the missing pieces or to ship the pieces in stock, as agreed with the client.
MARIGAL SRL guarantees maximum professionalism at every stage of the purchase, having said that, the delivery times of the goods may vary depending on the destination (usually 3-5 working days). The company declines all responsibility for any delays not attributable to it or problems related to the customs regulations of the country of delivery. In case of problems related to the purchase or sending of the product, you can contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

Payment
Payment for purchases must be made according to the methods and times agreed with the company at the time of confirmation of the purchase.
MARIGAL SRL reserves the right to cancel and/or refund orders placed by the customer if it deems it necessary and without any reason. The customer is free to choose between the payment methods made available by the company at the time of check-out. The company reserves the right to report to the competent authorities any improper use of electronic payment methods or other illicit or suspicious activities. Such activities will be reported to the competent authorities in matters of international trade and to the authorities involved locally. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Guarantees and responsibilities
We exclude any liability relating to the contents of any websites that lead, directly or indirectly, to the portal www.smartspaceshop.it or to other company portals. All products sold on the portal comply with European standard regulations. Therefore all products sold are accompanied by a European guarantee, according to the standards indicated by it. The company will do everything in its power to keep the site active and updated, however it may happen that, for technical reasons, the portal is temporarily unavailable from time to time, or not optimized for use through some specific browsers. We cannot guarantee the absolute lack of technical or content errors; any malfunctions of the portal will not be prosecutable or attributable to us.
MARIGAL SRL will not accept any responsibility for any loss or cancellation of personal data entered on the portal even if caused by it. To request a refund, the product must be returned with the original tag and in excellent condition. If you have received material different from the one ordered, we will make a refund and/or replace the goods in question completely free of charge. However, any errors of this type must be promptly reported to our customer service before any type of intervention can be requested. MARIGAL SRL puts all its technology at your disposal to make every transaction safe.
Exports
All goods sold outside Italy may be subject to local taxes or different customs regulations.
MARIGAL SRL is not responsible for any customs duties applied by the receiving country. For any information on the possible presence of obstacles of this type, it is necessary to contact the customs authorities of the receiving country. All products are accompanied by regular invoicing. A virtual copy of the invoice may be sent in advance upon request at the time of payment. Some products in the catalog may not be available in specific countries due to local limitations. MARIGAL SRL reserves the right to deny the purchase of any product without any explanation.
Products from the Easter 2024, wine-beer-alcohol and offers sections are not subject to any type of refund due to their composition and fragility.
Right of withdrawal in reference to Legislative Decree 206 of 2005
You may cancel your order before dispatch but only in agreement with MARIGAL SRL and upon written notice. For details on this possibility contact our customer service. MARIGAL SRL provides the possibility to unsubscribe from the portal at any time and/or modify your personal information without the need to provide explanations. The user has the right to exercise this right within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods.

MARIGAL SRL will not use your personal data for purposes other than those indicated on the portal. The data released to the company will be stored with IT tools and automatically added to our mailing lists and customer lists. If you wish to change your privacy settings, please do so through your personal area. If any part of this Terms and Services Agreement (TOS) is found to be illegal by any local court, the remainder will continue to apply. It will not be possible to attribute to the company any problems linked to circumstances beyond its control. These terms and conditions of use (TOS) are governed by Italian law. Any dispute not otherwise regulated will be managed by the competent territorial office.
RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
You can return for product replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the returned products are intact and NEVER USED. MARIGAL SRL will refund the entire expense incurred during the purchase phase (including shipping costs) within 14 calendar days.
To return the product and confirm the return address write to info@smartspaceshop.it , the costs are borne by the customer.
To exchange an item, write to info@smartspaceshop.it and we will arrange the collection of the package.
Easter products, due to their fragile and perishable nature, are not subject to returns or refunds.
We understand that this policy may be an inconvenience, but it is necessary to protect the freshness and quality of our products.

Here are some reasons why Easter products are not subject to returns or refunds:
- Perishability: Easter products, such as chocolate eggs and doves, are perishable and have a short shelf life. We cannot accept returns of products that may have been damaged in transit or stored improperly.
- Fragility: Easter products are often fragile and may break during transit. We cannot accept returns of products damaged in transit.
- Customization: Some Easter products can be personalized with messages or images. We cannot accept returns of personalized products.
- Shipments outside the EU: For shipments outside the EU, customs may detain and handle parcels for checks often due to surprises contained in parcels and/or due to irregular weights of surprise eggs. This may cause delays in delivery and, in some cases, damage to the product. We cannot accept returns of products damaged by customs.
RETURN PROCEDURE
You can replace or return the product free of charge within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the returned products are intact and NEVER USED.
MARIGAL SRL will refund the entire expense incurred during the purchase phase (including shipping costs) within 14 calendar days. To request the replacement or return of the product, write to info@smartspaceshop.it , the customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The costs of collection, organized by customer service, will be borne by the customer.
